Site Engineer-Portsmouth-Outside IR35 Our client, a top Regional Contractor are looking for a Site Engineer to support a newly awarded Highways scheme that forms part of their framework with Highways England. The scheme is a sign renewal scheme to replace defective traffic signs and posts along a section of the A27 near Portsmouth. Work will be carried out in two stages, the first being vegetation clearance, surveys and installation of 50 new signs. The scope of works is for: Topographical survey for extents shown in the survey drawings.
