About this role
BDS are currently recruiting for a Housing Officer to work with a leading Housing Association. The patch will cover Hounslow and Hillingdon in West London. Main duties include but are not limited too: Provide outstanding service and support for customers, handling queries, permissions and tenancy management. Conduct tenancy sign-ups, viewings and ensure compliance with tenancy agreements. Manage cases of tenancy breaches, including the Safeguarding of our customers.
