About this role
Key Responsibilities: Support Compliance Activities - Building LEV (local exhaust ventilation), fire safety, legionella - assessing current stage and driving what needs to support continuous development. Problem analysis and solutions. Review heating systems, chilled water systems, driving remedial actions through to completion. Support project planning activities as needed Asset replacement schedule - support a move to proactive maintenance. Supporting process and procedure capability development.
