About this role
About you If you are an experienced Contracts Manager with a background in fit out and refurbishment, this could be a really good opportunity to take ownership of education projects across the North West or West Midlands. You will be joining an established principal contractor where you can manage your own projects from the initial tender through to completion, with responsibility for the commercial performance, programme, quality and health and safety. The role offers a salary of £60,000 to £65,000, plus a car allowance and annual bonus.
