Halton Council are looking for an experienced and motivated Adult Social Worker to join our Safeguarding Adults Team. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference to the lives of adults who may be experiencing abuse, neglect, exploitation or other forms of harm. Key Responsibilities As an Adult Social Worker within the Safeguarding Team, you will: Undertake adult safeguarding enquiries and assessments in line with relevant legislation, policies and procedures.
