South East London £450-£500 per day (Umbrella) Initial 6-month contract A South East London Local Authority is seeking an experienced Special Projects Contract Manager to lead the procurement and management of high-risk, safety-critical contracts across its residential housing portfolio. We are looking for someone with strong social housing experience who can demonstrate a track record of both procuring contracts end-to-end and subsequently managing contractors, performance and delivery.
