About this role
Rotherwood Education are currently recruiting for an experienced Training & Development Coach to join the Construction and Motor team at a well-established further education college in the Blackburn area. This is a full-time temporary role, starting 12 October 2026 for approximately 4 weeks, providing cover for a member of staff during a period of absence. The successful candidate will deliver and assess the Level 2 Autocare Technician apprenticeship, alongside workplace coaching, assessment and progress reviews.
