Head of Assets

We are recruiting for an experienced and commercially minded Head of Assets to provide strategic leadership across our asset management function and ensure that the property portfolio is managed effectively, sustainably and in line with organisational priorities. This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for both the strategic direction and operational delivery of asset management, including the development and implementation of comprehensive Asset Management Plans, investment programmes, planned works and major works.
