The Opportunity An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Controls Manager supporting major civil engineering and highways projects from a project controls perspective. The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in project controls, planning, project baselines and Earned Value Management, ideally gained within major infrastructure, civil engineering or highways environments. However, this role is about more than traditional project controls.
