About this role
We are working with a large SEN school just outside of Ashford who are looking for experienced and qualified Residential Support Workers to start throughout October and into November 2026. The role is based at the Residential site for the SEN school. Working hours are 1pm - 11pm. The school is an coeducational, day school which caters for students across Key Stages 1 – Key Stage 4 with EHC Plans of social, emotional, and behavioural difficulties and a range of additional learning difficulties including Autism and Moderate Learning Difficulties.
