About this role
DBS Level: Basic About the Role We’re looking for a proactive Case Co-ordinator to join our Repairs team within the Minor Works function. You’ll manage a caseload of complex housing cases, including HHSRS hazards, damp & mould, aids & adaptations, and specialist repairs, taking ownership from identification through to resolution. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you’ll ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard, while making a real difference to residents’ homes and wellbeing.
