About this role
Private Sector Housing Officer £45-£55 per hour Full-time 2 days per week in the office Initial contract until 31st March Park Avenue are working with a Local Authority in Surrey/West London who are looking to appoint an experienced Private Sector Housing Officer to support their team with a significant backlog of HMO and licensing work. The team currently has a busy caseload, with approximately 300 licensing cases and around 120 properties still requiring licensing , so they are looking for someone who can come in and hit the ground running.
