About this role
We are recruiting an experienced Housing Compliance Contracts Manager to lead the delivery and management of a number of high-risk, safety-critical contracts across a large social housing portfolio. This is not a pure procurement role. The successful candidate will need strong experience managing live contracts and contractors within social housing, ideally across fire safety, building safety, cladding or wider compliance programmes.
