About this role
Responsible for leading and supervising a team of Workshop Technicians within a bespoke manufacturing environment , ensuring production targets are achieved safely, on time and to the required quality standards. Key responsibilities: Lead, motivate and manage workshop technicians day to day. Plan workloads, delegate tasks and monitor project schedules and completion targets. Maintain high standards of quality, HSE and workmanship . Monitor performance, identify training needs and support staff development.
