My client is recruiting for an experienced Conveyancer to join their Conveyancing team in Derby, Derbyshire. This is an opportunity to manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload within an established team, working independently while maintaining strong client relationships and providing a high standard of service. The Role • Managing a caseload of residential sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity. • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts and property documentation.
