Support Worker – Day Centre Location: Stoke-on-Trent Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:50 AM – 4:30 PM Job Type: Full-Time We are looking for a Support Worker with an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) to join a day centre in Stoke. Key Responsibilities: Support individuals to participate and fully engage in indoor and outdoor activities. Support service users on days out and activities within the local community. Provide personal care where required. Assist with food and support service users with eating.
