The Opportunity An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a busy Capital Works division delivering long-term planned maintenance and refurbishment programmes across Gloucestershire. Working on established local authority contracts, the successful candidate will play a key role in the commercial management of kitchen and bathroom replacement programmes, decarbonisation projects, external works and wider refurbishment schemes within occupied residential properties.
