A top 100, national law firm is looking to recruit a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join its growing Manchester team. The successful candidate will manage their own caseload while working alongside experienced solicitors and senior lawyers on matters from initial instruction through to settlement or trial. Key Responsibilities Managing a varied caseload of clinical negligence claims. Handling both pre-litigation and litigated matters. Drafting Letters of Claim, witness statements and other legal documentation.
