Assistant Estates Manager - NHS - Birmingham - 4 on 4 off - days and nights - Salary to £61k Salary £44,000 - £50,000 plus a shift allowance of 22% of the salary offered Shift pattern of 2 days on (7am-7pm) then 2 nights on (7pm-7am) then 4 days off 80% office, 20% on tools 7 under them, 2 elec, 2 mech, 2 Maintenance Assistants, 1 fabric Manging workload, PPMs, reactive works, Meet SLAs, Covering sickness and annual leave, deal with escalations. Would look at an Electrical or Mechanical manager.
