About this role
Senior / Principal Mechanical Engineer | Essex | Consultancy Up to £70k Most building services consultancies say they value their senior engineers. This one is built around them. It's a deliberately senior-heavy MEP consultancy where nearly every project has a Director on it and a Senior or Principal engineer does the core design work. Clients pay for that level of expertise, which is why around 90% of them come back and most of the work is won through negotiation rather than tender.
