SOUS CHEF

Sous Chef A wonderful opportunity to work for an exciting and dynamic new brand restaurant in a management position within the kitchen. Working alongside and reporting to our Head Chef, you will be enthusiastic, passionate and knowledgeable about cooking delicious and fresh/seasonal Spanish food. Our Sous Chef will need to drive a high standard of execution and be committed to deliver consistent, beautiful dishes as part of our new restaurant concept.
