Nova Talent are working with one of the UK’s largest customs brokers in sourcing a HR Co-ordinator to provide effective and professional HR co-ordination and administrative support across the employee lifecycle, ensuring HR processes are delivered accurately, consistently and within agreed timescales. The HR Co-ordinator will be the face of HR and work closely with the chief operating officer, managers and the HR team, providing practical support across recruitment, onboarding, employee records, absence, performance, payroll and HR reporting.
