About this role
The Accounts Payable Assistant, EMEA, role is accountable for efficient and effective accounts payable function for the EMEA business which includes the 11 entities. Responsibilities: * Processing all supplier purchase invoices, refunds (credit notes) and T&E in line with the 48 hour SLA * Matching invoices with relevant approved and receipted Purchase Order * Prepare frequent payments runs * Post bank entries and complete bank reconciliations * Ensure transactions comply with group financial policies and procedures.
