Job Title: Engagement Lead - Target Operating Model Owner Location: Remote - Must be able to travel to Sweden 2/3 times over the duration of the contract Rate: £600-£650 Inside IR35 Start Date: 12/10/26 Contract length - 2 months initially with the potential for it to be extended Candidates must be valid to work in the UK and Sweden We are looking for an experienced Transformation Leader with a strong background in Target Operating Model (TOM) design, business transformation and executive stakeholder management.
