Social Worker – Care Leavers Birmingham Children’s Trust Service: 18+ / Leaving Care Age Range: 18–25 years About the Role Birmingham Children’s Trust is looking for an experienced Social Worker / Personal Adviser to provide a statutory service to children in care and care leavers aged 18–25 .
