Multi Trade Operative

Multi Trade Operative £41,000 to £45,000 per annum + company van London Multi Trade operatives required for a high quality and thriving housing association to carry out planned and reactive maintenance work in both occupied and empty residential properties in and around London. You should have previous experience in the same role and be qualified in at least one trade, ideally Carpentry and/or Plumbing. You must work safely, deliver excellent customer service, keep accurate records, and maintain vehicle, tools, and stock to required standards.
