Associate Building Surveyor

This is a Permanent, Full-time position with hybrid working arrangements, combining commercial building surveying delivery with team management, client development and business growth responsibilities. Responsibilities Lead surveys, TDD, dilapidations, party wall matters and planned maintenance commissions. Oversee new-build, refurbishment and maintenance projects through to completion. Develop client relationships and generate new instructions through business development activity. Lead and mentor building surveying professionals.
