Healthcare Assistant (HCA) – Job Description We are currently recruiting a Healthcare Assistant (HCA) to provide high-quality, person-centred care and support to residents/service users. Key Responsibilities: Assist with personal care, including washing, dressing, grooming and toileting. Support residents/service users with mobility and daily activities. Assist with meals, hydration and general wellbeing. Observe and report any changes in a resident’s health or condition to the nursing team.
