MEP Manager / Building Services Manager

A well-renowned regional contractor is looking for an experienced Building Services Manager / MEP Manager to lead the successful delivery of mechanical, electrical and public health services across a range of projects. This is a key role, providing technical leadership from pre-construction through to commissioning, handover and aftercare — ensuring MEP solutions are safe, compliant, coordinated, buildable and delivered right first time. You’ll be responsible for: Leading MEP design coordination, buildability and technical assurance.
