About this role
We are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of social housing planned maintenance and refurbishment programmes. As the Contracts Manager you will be responsible for the operational, commercial and contractual performance of a portfolio of contracts, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, on programme, within budget and to the required quality standards.
