Principal Planning Officer Contract: Until 01/02/2027 Rate: £55 per hour Umbrella (Inside IR35) Location: Predominantly remote with occasional site visits (Doncaster) We are recruiting for an experienced Principal Planning Officer to provide specialist planning advice across Development Management and Planning Policy services. Key Responsibilities: Manage a caseload of major and complex planning applications. Provide expert planning advice and support on policy matters.
