Senior Building Surveyor

This is a Permanent, Full-time position with hybrid and flexible working arrangements. The role covers commercial building surveying, project delivery and asset management services for public and private sector clients. Responsibilities Manage client relationships and building surveying instructions. Deliver commercial building surveys, dilapidations, technical due diligence and party wall advice. Manage refurbishment, fit-out and remedial projects from feasibility through completion.
