Business Rates Specialist

We are an established commercial property company looking for an experienced Business Rates Specialist to manage business rates across a diverse portfolio of commercial properties. The Role Manage business rates for multiple commercial properties and companies. Deal directly with the VOA and Local Authorities . Review rateable values and challenge incorrect assessments. Manage VOA appeals, challenges and rating reviews. Investigate incorrect or disputed business rates bills. Deal with empty properties, reliefs, exemptions and liability changes.
