We are currently recruiting experienced Healthcare Assistants / Support Workers to join a 2:1 care package supporting a young client in West London . 📍 Location: W14 – Westminster / West London 🕘 Hours: 09:30–13:30 📅 Days: Sessions to be confirmed 👥 Support: 2:1 🚗 Transport: Transport provided from the family home to Edward Wood Community Centre About the role You will be supporting the client from their family home through to Edward Wood Community Centre , providing safe, person-centred support throughout the session.
