Project Management & Delivery Manage construction projects from inception through to successful completion and handover. Plan, coordinate and oversee day-to-day project operations to ensure programme, budget and quality objectives are achieved. Manage and coordinate site teams, consultants, suppliers and specialist subcontractors. Monitor project progress against programme and take corrective action where required. Attend and lead project and progress meetings with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams.
