About this role

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Freelance Assistant Site Manager to join a new residential development in the Leominster area. The successful candidate will support the Site Manager with the day-to-day running of the development, helping to coordinate subcontractors, monitor progress and ensure works are completed safely, on programme and to the required quality standards. The ideal candidate: Proven experience as an Assistant Site Manager on residential new-build developments. Timber frame experience is highly desirable.
