About this role
We are looking for an experienced health and social care professional to lead a regional personal welfare service across Yorkshire and the North East. You will manage and support a team of 2 Social Workers and 2 Social Work Assistants, overseeing casework and ensuring a high-quality, person-centred service for older people and individuals with disabilities.
