HR Manager

HR Manager Location: Manchester Role: Take full ownership of the day-to-day HR function Provide strong HR leadership and support to the Site Leadership Team and line managers. Manage all aspects of employee relations, including disciplinaries, grievances, absence, performance management and investigations. Drive improvements in attendance, engagement, performance and retention. Ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently applied across the site. Monitor HR KPIs and provide regular reporting to senior management.
