About this role
An experienced Estates & Facilities Consultant is required to support a national healthcare estates organisation on an initial three-month contract. The role is predominantly home based, with regular travel across the South East and occasional travel to Wales and the Midlands. You'll carry out site audits, support estates compliance and maintain key documentation across maintenance, minor works, capital and RAAC activity. Strong knowledge of healthcare technical standards and statutory compliance is essential.
