About this role
Your new company Working for a charity-based organisation based in Exmouth.This role is for 6 months and is Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm paying £13.30 per hour. You must be happy to undertake an enhanced DBS for this role due to the environment (this is paid for by Hays).Your new role What you'll need to succeed To support the team in ensuring residents who are new to the service complete and sign all relevant paperwork in relation to their occupancy, ensuring that residents understand the rights and responsibilities of their licence/tenancy.
