My client is an award winning dry lining specialist looking to recruit an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their business on a full time permanent basis. Responsibilities: Generating Applications for Payment (Valuations). Pricing Variations & additional work. Checking fortnightly Sub-Contractor labour invoices & issuing of Payment Notices. Liaising with Sub-Contractors regards claims for additional works. Logging payments made. Assisting with the checking of Sub-Contracts & all associated Numbered Documents.
