About this role
A Quantity Surveyor is required to support two major European projects within the semiconductor and data centre sectors. This is a home-based contract working on European projects. You'll provide commercial support for modular access and scaffolding services, with a particular focus on schedules of rates, applications for payment, labour records and cost control under JCT and NEC contracts. The Role As the Quantity Surveyor, you'll: Prepare and assess applications for payment against agreed contract terms.
