About this role
This hands-on role combines aircraft engine maintenance with the day-to-day leadership and operational coordination of a team of 12 Engine Technicians. Key Responsibilities: Carry out engine repairs, refurbishment, hot section inspections and line maintenance on Pratt & Whitney Canada aircraft engines. Lead and support the Engine Technician team, allocating and prioritising tasks while monitoring progress, quality and delivery schedules.
