Freight Operations Manager

Job Description: Manage daily operations of Freight Operations for assigned accounts. Main Duties & Responsibilities: Manage the import, export, billing and customs processes and procedures for assigned Freight Operations accounts. Be responsible for day-to-day decision-making and ensure escalations are addressed promptly. Coordinate with agents, carriers, vendors, overseas offices, COE and customers to ensure smooth transactions. Ensure customer satisfaction is maintained across all levels of operations.
