About this role
The role You will be responsible for estimating and controlling costs for projects making sure that structures meet legal and quality standards. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be involved at every stage of a project. Some of your duties will include: Preparation of internal commercial reporting and any other reports which may be required Preparation of valuations/applications for payment with supporting documentation in accordance with the contract.
