About this role
Overview of Business We are partnered with a leading UK housebuilder to appoint a Claims Surveyor into its Building Safety claims function. The team is responsible for recovering costs associated with historic building defects across a substantial residential portfolio. This role will support a live workstream of structural-design claims, with several matters progressing through negotiation, mediation and litigation.
