Telesales Agent

This is an office-based sales role at the centre of the business. You will handle incoming enquiries, work out what the customer actually needs, quote it accurately and convert it into an order. Alongside that you will make outbound calls to existing customers, lapsed accounts and new prospects to grow the order book. You do not need to have sold pressure gauges, regulators or electrical components before. Full product training is given and there are experienced technical colleagues alongside you.
