Job Title: Area Maintenance Manager (Retail FM) Location: North East Contract Type: Permanent Working Hours: 40 Hours Per Week (On Call 1 in 7 cover, incl weekends) Salary: ranging between £49,106.00 - £54,621.00 per annum (depending on experience) + Car / Car Allowance of £5,700 + Annual Bonus!
