We’re recruiting for a Residential Support Worker to join a warm, experienced and locally led children’s home team in Staffordshire. This is a place where relationships come first, where children are truly known, and where staff are supported to build meaningful, long-term change in young people’s lives. Pay Rate: £14.20 - £14.50 per hour, £50 sleep-in rate. 173.3 hours per month plus approx 11 sleep-ins About the organisation This is a small, independent and locally run provider with strong roots in children’s residential care.
