About this role
Job description: Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join a growing Land Team as a Land Assistant. You will be supporting the Land Team with the research, identification, appraisal and acquisition of new development opportunities , while developing knowledge of the regional land and wider housebuilding market. Main Responsibilities Assist with the identification and appraisal of potential land opportunities. Carry out regular land and market studies.
